- Driving the wrong way on a one-way street – €120–300 + 3–5 penalty points
- Entering a highway in the wrong direction – €1,200 + license suspension
- Violation of safe following distance – €120–300
- Violation of highway toll category – €300 + vignette
Camping and Nature
- Wild camping / illegal camping – €83–200 (in cities, villages, or forests)
- Camping in protected parks – €1,000+ (Triglav National Park, Škocjan Caves)
- Mushroom picking – up to 1 kg per person (for personal use, do not harm nature)
- Picking berries/herbs – normal amounts for personal use (do not pick protected species)
- Found items/money – hand over to the police (ownership determined by police/law)
Public Order
- Public indecency / disorderly conduct (PDC) – €40–400 (loud disturbance, insults, inappropriate behavior)
- Refusing to comply with an official / police officer – €120–500 (disregarding lawful orders; always cooperate calmly)
- Public drinking where prohibited – €40–150 (city centers, parks)
- Smoking in public places without permission – €40–150 (follow designated areas)

- Using ATMs – 5–15% (higher fees than at Slovenian ATMs)
- Using Slovenian ATMs – up to 1% (usually lower fees)
